I've had my heating pad for about 6 months and in the middle of the night it stopped working. And had a big F on the screen, which I assume means fail. So I unplugged it and replugged it back in, and it continued to say that the heating pad will not turn on Anymore. And is now dead, of course, I don't have my receipt because it's been a while. I contacted sunbeam. They said to send them a picture of the plugin, which has a product manufacturing date on it. And it was manufactured in 2016. And therefore they won't honor the warranty. It's not my fault that it sat on a shelf for a number of years. And they should replace this.However they refuse to.
Recommendation: Don't buy their heating pads, they fail.
