Supercuts review: hair highlight

I went into a Super cut store to get a color service provided and a highlight service. The first girl did an ok job but left a little in the front with no highlight. I went out to the car and looked in that mirror and decided to ask for a little more highlights in the front because they started in almost in the middle of my part line. I went back into the salon but the girl I had was out to lunch. The other girl gladly got me ready for highlights, turned me away from the mirror and applied bleach foils. She left them on through a wash of another client and a men's cut. She then washed me out. The highlights were pretty orange and she had gone over what the other girl did and they were very concentrated in the middle. She put on a toner, it helped a smidge but when I got home it was still very orange. I'm very upset that my hair looks horrible. I need to get this color corrected elsewhere and that can be very pricy.
