Suzuki review: Repair work on 2014 suzuki dl1000a from an accident

I had an accident in October, it is finally finished, however, I drove it at night the first day I got it back and the head lights, which had to be replaced, were not aimed, they were pointed high, blinding oncoming traffic, the driving lights were not the same as I had originally, mine were PIAA Amber, they put clear ones on, may seem petty but amber gives greater contrast thus increasing my visibility to traffic, they also replaced paniers, I didn't notice the dent in one of them till I got home, after much haggling, the owner has sent it for repairs, they refused to believe I hadn't dented it, I drove it home the day it was finished and that was when I saw it, it was on the right side, I mount from the left so I didn't see it. I had a custom windshield, they just put a stock one one which is much smaller, thus less coverage from rain etc. Progressive insurance said they were to get in touch with about this, this is the quote from their rep:
"Good Morning Mr. Abbott,

I received your voicemail about the windshield. As you can see on my estimate, I paid for the cost of an OEM windshield which had been discontinued. With the part no longer being available from the manufacturer, the shop had indicated they would work with you on a suitable replacement. Please let me know if you have additional questions related to this. Thank you.

The shop NEVER got in touch with me about this and just put in an off the shelf windshield, I want my correct LED lights and an appropriate aftermarket windshield, I am also less than pleased how they dealt with dented panier, they attempted to fix it but it was shoddy to say the least, I haven't seen the repairs yet so not sure if I will agree with that yet. They refuse to replace windshield saying it's up to progressive, but as you see in email from progressive, they agreed to an alternate.
