I was disappointed with the services of the website www.swap.com. I bought some toys and children clothes from them, but they sent me incorrect sizes of clothes. I contacted the customer services team, because I wanted to change the sizes. The man told me that I needed to pay for shipment and send clothes back, and within 5 day I would receive new order. I did that, but I haven’t received new order. I called them again, and the man was irritated with my call and refused to help me. Please post your comments about this seller.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Terrible site and haven’t gotten back to me about my money that I spent on the clothes I returned. Won’t let me speak to a live person though
The company I was working for laid off me and my sister and 200 Employees allegedly failed to provide us notice of this termination they have failed to pay wages I know one of the co-workers failed a complaint against them also her name is Delaney Haefner case number is 1:18-cv-05682
What I received is not what I ordered so I went on Swap.com/RMA and return them it's been a few business days that I have not seen any credit on my credit card for the transaction . I'm wondering where is my money ? You got your clothes but where's my money that I used to pay for them. Terrible service. Won't ever use this site again
I ordered some clothes and everything went through it said it will send the tracking number to my email but I never received anything. I think this was the transaction id 2bsap8b5 idk if that will help or not... ..., ...

i don't know why they Have Block me out of my service page i cannot get to my page in Paris TX swap shop . they been blocking me for the last 2 weeks.. i don't think i did any mistakes or maybe i did with out of my knowing. any way with you please Give some Help in Order to do my business thanks a lot::: Harout Vartanian
They have 4 boxes of my items since last year that was never listed. I excuse after excuse. Now that they have a new platform you can’t even find your inventory of boxes sent to them. I have emailed them and yet to have received a response.
On 4/5/23, I received an email that swap.com changed platforms and that accounts cannot be transferred. This resulted in loss of all clothes for sale and over $150 credit with the store from previous purchases. No response from multiple emails and phone messages for Over a month. Very angry. They need to give me my clothes and money back.
Car accident. bills piling up. Being sent to collections. Swapp lawyer says they will talk with St.Lukes and take care of it. Now all my bills are going to collections.
