I ordered something online and then I realized that one of the items that I received I already had because I picked it up at the store so I returned the item the second item via UPS they received the item they sent me an email saying that a refund will be issued item received but they're still billing me for it for an item. I just turned around and told him that I'm gone when I pay my bill I'm going to -$20.84 from my account they turn around tell me that if I don't pay that my service will be interrupted. I turned around told him I should've stayed with Verizon if I wanted stupidity.
Desired outcome: $20.84 removed from my account before I make payment
