I’ve been to Take 5 Car Wash a few times now, and unfortunately, I’m really not impressed. The car wash itself is quick, but it doesn’t do a thorough job. Every time I go, the back area of my SUV is still dirty — no matter what. It’s as if the brushes never make proper contact with the rear of the car, leaving it covered in grime and dust.

I’ve tried reaching out to see if there’s any way to get the back of my vehicle cleaned properly, but no luck. I expected a much better result for the price and convenience. I won’t be returning unless they can address this issue. Definitely not the quality I was hoping for.

Recommendation: Make sure the rear of your vehicle gets proper wash treatment

i have had issues with my trucks being damaged by the brushes. I went through the wash on Sunday and came out with great big scratch at the roof line of a week old 26 Chevrolet Colorado. My GMC sustained damage to the side of the bumper by the step. Be careful taking your bigger vehicles through their car wash.
