Take 5 Oil Change review: Oil change

This is what happened!
I asked the technician to put in my oil additive when they do the oil change. So after all the old oil was drained he put in my additive then tried to add 4 quarts of oil and it was over the limit. Then they proceeded to drain out the oil and the additive which was put in first before the 4 quarts of new oil! Now there is not enough oil and the dip stick measures low and now they proceed to add back the oil that was drained out from being overfilled ? ! I can’t believe the incompetence of these guys! I guess I now don’t have the oil additive in this oil change? That was also a $14.00 additive that I bought at Auto Zone to use in this oil change. To add insult to injury they had the nerve to charge $151.00 to change my oil and drained out my additive! There was an old timer working there and trying to teach these kids how to do the job. I definitely would not recommend using them ! I will look for a place where there is competent technicians. I feel that a refund is definitely necessary for the incompetence of these so called oil change workers.
