Texas Roadhouse review: Memorial day dinner

Decided to give TRH one more try. Have not been happy with our last four visits. Poor service, missing food items ordered, very long waits. But usually when our food arrives, it is good. Not today. Our server took our order promptly. So far so good. She took 2 other tables order. Their orders were both served first. We waited 10 more minutes for ours. The fries were cold, the ribs lukewarm. It was apparent this food sat for awhile. Our server walked by us a number of times before the food was brought out and never looked at us. The other two tables were asked multiple times how their meals were. We nibbled on our food and took the rest home. This may be the last time we eat there. West Bend WI location
