Our purchase at the Dump in Lombard Il. Itwas on Memorial Day 2026, with delivery on June 17th. I was contacted four days prior to delivery of a dining room set. Upon further inquiry at the store I found out it was not in stock the day I ordered it and was charged for it. We were initially taken care of by a new associate at the store but he was being helped by a seasoned employee. After insisting on speaking to the store manager and asking if he knew about the situation, his reply was not that he was sorry for what had happened but that it would be a learning experience! Charging me when a product is not available is Fraud! Shame on this company and it’s management!
