I applied for this place in early 2026. I was told I had to give them a check for $250 in order to hold the unit it seemed very promising so I did it. I called them for a refund because I had a change of plans. This is extremely unacceptable I am a single mom and really still need that check. I have seen other reviews about this particular situation, and I don't see how they are able to get away with this if I need to get a lawyer involved I will too. I am just like the other lady in this post, but my name is Athena Landy.

Claimed loss: $250

Desired outcome: Refund ASAP
