05/25/2026 I had an appointment at 0900 a.m. at which I explained to the service person I wanted the 2 new tires in the hatchback of my car to be placed on the rear of the vehicle and the older tire on driver rear be placed on the front passenger side. After they got it wrong twice, I became upset and spoke to the store manager George who was not sympathetic but became angry to the point of pushing me and telling me to get out of his F... store. After calling Tire Choice and complaining about this abuse I had a phone call from the district manager who also was not sympathetic to the customer but screaming at me through the phone defending his workers with my wife listening as well. Bottom line is people can be upset, but pushing someone should never be tolerated.
Claimed loss: Psychological distress
Desired outcome: Relieve Store manager who is not fit to handle customers complaints brought on by himself and employees
