Toyota review: dealer scam on car sale

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

On 12/08/12 . We went to Toyota Dealer at the address above and looking for a car. We got 2013 Toyota corolla, the price stick on the car was $ 19, 200. and we signd the contract and took the car home
the monthly payment was $399.46. In that evening after we checked carefully and find out that total cost is $42, 400. with seven years payment.
As we realize that a bailment agreement be returned to dealer wthin 8 days of purchase in case of
disagreement or other loan problem. The witnesses We brought was two police officer with civil uniform, we did big argued, finally, dealer said, go down to $32, 300. We temporary took the car home
not end yet. As the price of the car indicate that only $19, 200 if plus interest that will be around $24, 000. We also spoke to Congress mal vin Watt Office and find that the car cost about $15, 000,
$32, 200. still too much.
Dealer says that because my credit problem. In fact, we have good credit, had been paid off 4 cars
and paid of the mortgage too. the Identity theft that put in our credit report $ 1900. debt +...
We had report to credit bureau and two month later all mess was clear out.
We would ask the Justice to clear this problem and make thing change to regular situation
for consumer can trust.
