Please read reviews before you sign anything with this company. Two Coast Living is the property management in Los Angeles with 34 other properties, but they also purchased this huge complex, a conflict of the tenants. The Grove Luxury Apartments in Petaluma, CA.
It's understaffed, they fire staff so often, they will hike your rent against CA law and harrass you. Staff is inexperienced, maintenance is a joke, and Housing codes not up to date throughout. Graphity, garbage overflow, police called frequently, common area lights left on and tenants are charged separately for their billings, some against CA law, in an outrageous fashion. They will nickel and dime you, fine you, tow your car, it's outrageous. We can't believe this LLC is still in business with many prior suits, now, and pending. Even from employees and ex-tenants not getting their security deposits back. RENTER BEWARE!
You can do much better!
