I refer to the ongoing dispute concerning my account, including the unresolved issues relating to the standing instruction, historical debits, and the accumulation of interest.

I acknowledge receipt of the Loan Liquidation Form provided by the Bank. However, I wish to make it unequivocally clear that any execution of the said form and any payments made thereunder are done strictly under protest and without prejudice to my legal rights and position.

For the avoidance of doubt:

My execution of the Loan Liquidation Form and the ongoing payments of 500,000 monthly which started from the 22nd of April 2026 are made solely in good faith to reduce the outstanding balance and do not constitute an admission that the amount claimed by the Bank is accurate, valid, or legally due.
I expressly dispute the computation and accumulation of the alleged indebtedness, particularly the interest and charges applied over time, and I maintain that these remain subject to full reconciliation and verification.
I reserve the absolute right to:
Demand a comprehensive forensic audit of my account and all related transactions
Challenge and dispute any unauthorized, excessive, or improperly applied charges
Seek full recovery and refund of any sums found to have been wrongly debited or unlawfully accrued
Pursue all available legal and regulatory remedies without limitation
My participation in this repayment arrangement shall not operate as a waiver, estoppel, or abandonment of my pending complaint or any rights arising therefrom.
The Bank’s acceptance of this payment arrangement shall be deemed as acknowledgment that the account remains under dispute and subject to reconciliation.
I reiterate my request for:
A detailed and itemized breakdown of the total amount claimed
A copy of the original standing instruction
Confirmation of the applicable interest rates and basis of computation over the relevant period
Kindly acknowledge receipt of this communication and confirm that my payments and execution of the form will be treated strictly in line with the above conditions. Attached herewith is the receipt of my first installment payment for the month of April 2026 and the liquidation form clearly stating that it is -:

EXECUTED UNDER PROTEST AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE. SUBJECT TO FULL ACCOUNT RECONCILIATION, FORENSIC REVIEW, AND RESERVATION OF ALL LEGAL RIGHTS.

Desired outcome: Forensic Investigation after payment is complete and recover unauthorized charges
