UPS review: rude ups driver

I was waiting in the parking lot at the Serramonte Dicks Sporting Goods store around 6:30 pm Jan 2, 2019 when this rude UPS driver approached my car and proceeded taking pictures of my license plate with no apparent reason. When I went to confront him he cussed me out and was very rude and unprofessional. Prior to this altercation the driver was also using vulgar language, screaming and cussing while backing up in the parking lot. I found this very disturbing and rude for his profession of being a public servant. I took a picture of the truck license plate below in hopes of resolving this altercation. Thank you
