Uniters review: Sofa

I reported a problem with my sofa, end table tipped over and put a huge hole in the side of it. Reported it to Uniters and they did absolutely nothing. Called Wayfair and they said it is a flawless process and of course they did nothing either. Biggest waste of money. Service sucks! The incident happened on labor day 2018 and I was told I did not report it within 30 days and they closed the case. They never called me or E-mailed me after I had left numerous messages. The service they claim to provide is Bogus. Wayfair claims they have never had an complaints about Uniters and when you go to the website all you see are complaints and no resolution. I had to buy new furniture and my damaged sofa was hauled to the dump at my expense $65.00. I am completely dissatisfied.
