I am following up regarding tracking numbers 1Z1C339K6717868140 and return tracking 1ZCGNRESND20741713.
The package was confirmed at Worldport and an investigation was opened on May 11, but there has been no meaningful update since then. The return tracking has also not updated since May 6.
All taxes/duties have already been paid through the shipper’s account. The delivery address was corrected, and commercial invoices were provided by both shipper and receiver.
It seems possible that the two tracking numbers are causing internal confusion or misrouting. However, neither I nor the shipper has been contacted for clarification.
Can someone please verify:
current physical status of the package
relationship between both tracking numbers
whether the shipment is being returned or forwarded
why the return tracking remains inactive
I would appreciate any help or escalation, as I have already contacted UPS support many times without resolution.
