I started receiving a month's supply of MEDICINE, shipped by UPS, last month. The driver was able to enter our secure building and delivered my MEDICINE at my front door. UPS notified me that this month's supply of MEDICINE would be delivered in a four-hour window on April 29. The UPS tracking app said this driver couldn't enter the building. Why could the first driver enter our building but the second driver couldn't? Doesn't make sense. So UPS notified me that my month's supply of MEDICINE would be delivered in a four-hour window on April 30. The UPS tracking app again said the driver couldn't enter our building.
So my next option is to sit by the door of our building for four hours on May 1 to be sure I get my month's supply of MEDICINE, in case the driver couldn't enter our building.

Recommendation: Don't use UPS if you "absolutely, positively need something delivered" on a specific day
