Extended Stay America

I was very unpleased about the room i paid for to visit a friend in the hospital last weekend. I booked more than two weeks ahead. The room was dingy, bathroom tiles looked dirty, and the room was for a handicap person. Last Saturday night a large refrigerated big rig truck was allowed to park outside my window. The loud motor kept on turning on and off all night disturbing my sleep. I complained to the office four times and they noncholantely kept saying they couldn't locate the driver. I said, yea I'm sure he's sound asleep because I sure the hell was not!
