Caliber Collision Centers - The amount of time it takes to repair my car

This business has had my car for almost 2 months and its no where close to be done and it didnt have that much damage i think they screwed something up and are trying to fix there screw up

Claimed loss: 15,000

Desired outcome: my deductible back
