on the 8th november 2019 my room reservation was cancelled by the manager.
when i arrived at the hotel front desk the manager himself cancelled my reservation, he had no explanation why.
i did not stay at the hotel on the 8th nov nor did i cancel my reservation at the hotel.
i left paid and stayed at another hotel on the 8th nov.
the manager charged my debit card $99 usd $144 aud.
i did not stay at the hotel. and i did not cancel my booking.
i want my money returned to my bank card.
booking.com stated when they spoke with the hotel manager the manager stated he would not return the money for that day.
