On 8/7/2019 at the above location the following occured. I purchased the service to get my shower wall and enclosure to be repaired. After going down to the above location the contractor finally came out around 11/6/2019. The contractor completed the shower wall 11/9/2019. As of 11/26/2019 he still needs to come back and finish the adaption for glass closure. I attempted to contact Mr.Ron Neely . He has not responded back. My case # [protected].
