I accidentally spilled my coffee at cashier counter, male employee /owner came out and started screaming in my face . Repeatedly saying that I have spilled coffee everyday, pointing his finger in my face, screaming over the top of me while I was trying to reply to him. There was 7-8 other customers in the store, it was very humiliating for me, especially since I have been a long time customer. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional behavior for someone the represents your organization. Think I will take my business to the Chevron station across the street.
