It was around 8:30-9:00 pm on wednesday, april 20, 2011 and I went to purchase gas at the shell gas station at 1308 university ave, riverside, ca 92507. I'm disabled, my left arm is amputated and I was having trouble at the pump. I had to release the pump a few times because my hand start to hurt. I could not lower the level that holds the pump. I noticed the handicap button and I pressed it. I got no answer and no one came out. I pressed it again and saw the guy behind the register looking down. He did not come out to help me. Do you not have that service during your operating hours? If thats so I will be purchasing my gas elsewhere.
