EOS Fitness - EOS fitness charged when deployed.

I deployed February 2023 and had my teammates wife (who worked at EOS at the time explain to them my deployment and they said they cancelled it)

However I was still being charged.

I emailed them April 30 and showed the transactions.

Then again may 3.

I received a phone call shortly after that it was taken care of and cancelled due to me being overseas.

Today june 27. I was just charged again $55.

Anyone know if I should seek legal advice?

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund.
