My boyfriend, his mother & I are homeless. We've (my boyfriend and I) have been paying for our hotel room for about a month now (01/14/2019-) and since arrival the employees did not mention the pet policy to us. Now (02/03/2019) a front desk employee wanted to let us know about the pet policy. My complaint is why should we now have to kick out an extra $50 per night on top of what we already pay because of employee mistakes? And also to be completely honest this location is overpriced, and ran down so again I feel everyone staying here (including myself and the employees [some of which barely speak english] should be accomadated with lower pricing, waived pet fees, & or reimbursement for the time we've stayed here.
