Dear Sirs: I recently had some work done on my 2004 Chrysler Sebring. I thought it needed rear struts so I had my wife call and make an appointment. I brought the car in for service. After $700.00 the car still makes a noise in the back. I called them made another appointme, they gave me a ride home. I wa home about 10 minutes and the dealership called and said he car was ready. I went to pick it up and still making the same noise. Thec said they had torqued the car. I think you need to check out your technicians and I am extremely disappointed in your service.
