I purchased an outside sensor lighting; I paid an electrician to come and install it; he found it to be defective; I took it back to return it; I waited 20 minutes in line ( 2 cashiers and 7 people in line); I asked for a supervisor; eventually Cori an assistant supervisor appeared and all he said was "sorry; hopefully your next experience will be better". I told him that that was not good enough after all I had to pay and my time; After I pushed back he finally conceeded to take half off the price. I am NOT satisfied. I have been a loyal custoer to Home Depot for 30 years. I now have to pay the electrician to come back and install the light sensor.
