Quest Diagnostics

I had an appointment today, and never ever had a problem. I get there and the place is full, and this never happens. I was waiting over 20 minutes with an appointment and with being 15 minutes early. I got a test to come into the office but I was already in there, so I walked into the back and not one patient was being taken care of. I asked for a supervisor because I had to get to work and no one was being seen. She indicated that the supervisor was out sick. You need to get some one in that plantation, florida, office otherwise you are going to have problems. There was a young mother with 2 small children waiting and wating, I felt sorry for her.
