Quest Diagnostics - Rude tech

I did a blood draw/lab work at Quest today. The person who draw blood was angry (not sure why) unhappy and non friendly. I do not know her name because she was not wearing a badge. She asked my to sign two forms stating that she is labeling the blood work in front of me. She did not.

Desired outcome: I did not want to argue. I stepped out after blood draw.
