I signed up 2 days ago and the childcare is ridiculous. The girls are rude and have ignored my crying son both days I dropped off, I get no greeting when coming in and the security system for dropping off and picking up is lackluster with my son being allowed out of the gate prior to them verifying whose child he is. I want a full refund on my first months membership and to cancel future payments.
