I bought a 6 piece table set on August 4th 2021 and purchased a 3 year separate warranty with it. After 2 year while a file a claim for the damage. They sent out a tech. The tech sanded half of the table and then decided he was not going to fix it. He said that someone from city furniture would contact me within 48 hours. They never did so after one week when I contact them they say my claim was denied because the tech coded it as abuse. I think they running a scam with this warranty. They make you buy the warranty and then they arrange with tech to code it as abuse and denied the claim.
