CubeSmart - Storage unit monthly increase.

I, Angela Cartwright, have been renting a unit, 04092, since October 24, 2018.

I requested a waiver of rent increase due to the economic hardship of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The current store manger, Marsha, denied my request to waive the rent increase.

I am availing to whom it may concern to please waive any rent increase during this COVID-19 pandemic.
