Suddenly and without notice the cost of service has increased and apparently the batch prices for shredding has been eliminated. I sent an inquiry to the new owner and he said he would look into it. He then simply stated to contact iPostal1. I am not happy at all with the change of ownership/service/pricing. Some items' senders are not identified. The handling of my account and inbox is lacking in professionalism. Customer service appears not to exist anymore at this franchise.
