Chick-fil-A

Both locations are lacking in customer service as we have come to love and appreciate by your organization. Tried to purchase ice cream today was told all we could get was a cone or kids cup. We aren’t kids so when the cone came out it barely covered the top. And she just laughed about it. All our friends are complaining about how much change is happening and Chick Fil A is just becoming another fast food chain. We frequent your locations frequently but is fast loosing the appeal.
