Kohl's

I am a big amazon customer so am forced to come into kohls. I had the coupon and tried to buy a sweater. My credit card chip is broken. That isn't a problem in any other store. The clerk couldn't get it to work and was basically telling me so sorry. I suggested she type in the number. She gave the excellent reason of fraud as why kohls doesn't do that. I explained fraud was a much bigger issue for walmart and they can type in numbers.
I asked her to get her manager who wanted me to get an app to pay. I said that I wanted to use a perfected good credit card. Oh well.
