To Chrysler customer service
I went into Ginn service center to have a oil change, and while I was in the shop I notice that I need to replace the under cover body shield. The rep gave me a price to replace the shield, he said that he did not have one in stock. But he could order it I would have to pay for it in advance. So he gave me a price, and when I return a week later to order the part he had changed the price, and would not honor his price. Now when a professional business give you a price that price should be honored for at least 30 day. I am beginning to regret that I ever bought a Chrysler.
