I was hired as a dishwasher for a salary of 500 a week. My schedule was Tuesday-Saturday 10am-close with a 2 hour break from 2pm-4pm. I would clock myself in everyday and also out for breaks. However... the general manager Adrienne would clock me out every night. And most nights this was done before I was actually done working. Especially Thursday-Saturday. I was told not to worry about that as I was salary. When I would work less hours or half a day or leave early, hours/pay was deducted. On fridays and Saturdays I would be working 12 hours and receiving no extra pay. I talked to the manager and nothing was done. I quit and now I have not received my last check. It has been a month.
