Rainbow Shops

I shopped for the first time at the Rainbow Store in Oglethorpe Mall, Savannah, Ga. I found a special color shoes I had been looking for and passed the information along to friends. When I went to check out, the cashier 1878MN was on a personal phone call. She never acknowledged me, never even as much as put the phone down to take my money and never thanked me for my purchase. I walked up to the cash register, she pointed to the amount the shoes rung up and then pointed for me to sign. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. Rainbow is a business and depends on customer satisfaction to be successful. This action by the cashier was not even close to providing customer service.
