Extended Stay America

I am staying at your Hanover Park Hotel. My housekeeping is 2 days late and I can only hope I get housekeeping tomorrow. I have talked with the front desk twice with no satisfaction. I used to like your hotels but if I cannot get any satisfaction on this complaint today I will start telling all my union brothers and sisters who travel that your service stinks and the is no way to get through to anyone to lodge a complaint. By the way my room is across the hall from housekeeping
