Purchased 2 printers from cdw. First one not a good choice for me, salesman never followed up, terrible customer service, returned printer for full refund. Second printer purchased with tom whitelock, an upgrade, this tom whitelock quite the scammer, an older man more experienced, at scamming the customer, particularly women and seniors. Much back and forth when trying to return this printer where i paid full price thinking it was a new printer not a used printer, it was in fact a used printer. I was issued a full refund. Again terrible customer service and tech assistance. Do not do business with cdw, their sales staff are scammers would try to sell their mothers. This business definitely not to be trusted.
