Visionworks of America - Eyeglasses

I placed an order on 5/31/22 because they told me the glasses would be ready in two weeks. Two weeks pass and they leave me a message saying the order had been lost and it would be two more weeks. I have zero confidence I will ever see these glasses.

You should not make promises to customers that you can’t keep.

Please get me these much needed glasses.

Desired outcome: I want my glasses this week per your promise.
