This sales associate at dillards store in crescent viewhills in ky, convinced ne to open a dillards credit card, then missed up my whole transaction, ended up with no merchandise, and the amount posted to my account, wasting my time for a week going back and forth to the store, didn’t give me the 10 percent off, didn’t even explain anything about the voided transaction, seems very careless, even the manager she asked was very careless, I am very upset with my expe at dillards and as soon as I get my dispute I will close the credit card
