Geek Squad

Took my son's computer in for a software issue around Dec 31 and ended yo with a hardware prob look email that they could not fix and told us to take it too another computer place, that they maybe able to find out what the problem was..January 13 still not fixed. Ended up taking it to someplace else..they fixed it cost me 225.00. I paid 199.99 for a contract and they never fixed it and had no idea what was wrong with it..very unprofessional. I need someone to contract me in ref to this complaint...
