Quest Diagnostics

Hello. I went to the Quest Lab located at 23 Crossroads, Owings Mills, MD. When I walked 8. The first time I was told the computer was down and I need a print out of bloodwork script. I went and got a print out. Then I was told we can't draw the sample because we wouldn't be able to run the test. So I called [protected] at 9:53 am. The lady who answered said she tried to call them. LIE! She clicked over to the other line for 5 seconds. Then said they were busy. Lie! I am outside the office. NO other patient came in after me and only 1 was in before me. I heard the nurse talking to the security guard and laughing. Insulting!
