My name is Richard Saumenig Order# [protected] received on friday 12/28/2018. returned 12/31/2018. Westin running boards. My complaint is that the running boards were damaged when I received them. There were deep gouges in the metal. I was charged $22.99 to ship them to me and because they were damaged I had to pay $60.10 to return them to you. Why should I have to pay to return damaged parts that was no fault of mine. That's $83.09 out of my pocket because your product was damaged...I am requesting a refund of the shipping charges I had to pay.
