I purchased the above Jeep Cherokee from LaLonde Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on May 9, 2019. I still have yet to receive my second key for the vehicle, and paper from Chrysler Capital. I have contacted this dealership many times in the past weeks. My Sales men Jeff Gillingham told me last week (7/11/2019) that Chrysler Capital "Re-Nigged" on their official offer (his words not mine). He promised that his boss would contact me on Monday (7/15/2019) which has not happened as of yet. My sales man will not return my calls on this matter. I have had this car over 60 days and still do not have clarity with no end in site.
