QuikTrip - Ice machine constantly broke, items not stocked, floors sticky, very unclean

(High Ridge, Missouri location)
What has happened to qt? Always understaffed, ice machine broke about half the time. Items not stocked, iced tea empty. Also, my wife and I was at this location set and sun, floors were sticky in the same places!
I have a suggestion as a mgr. Myself, make an unannounced visit to this location. This was our go to every morning. Not anymore. I'll spend my money at BP a block away.
