Hwy 55 Burgers - Customer service & orders wrong

Hwy 55 in Delco, NC NEVER has shrimp for spicy shrimp salad, out of custard once a week, and today 6/28/21 my burger was missing lettuce, tomato, and pickle. I called to let them know. Spoke w/Hailey and as I was complaining about my service she hung up on me. Very inconvenient on your lunch break to get on the busy Hwy to run back and forth for food I've ordered.

Desired outcome: More shrimp ordered and orders correct when picked up due to inconvenience to customers as well as customer service training for staff. Hanging up on a customer is rude.
