First day on the job (First Shift). Hanging the chicken by the legs on shackles. The line was super fast. The Team Leader was only there 3 months watching everything you do, not training the new employees by getting on the line. But standing around giving orders while pulling out her cellphone on the floor once in AwhileThen was threatened to get written up when the line messed up. Her attitude was nasty & unprofessional. If they knew how to talk to the employees & was willing to help they could keep workers.
